TURBINE ENGINE
LIQUID FUEL NOZZLE
TEST SYSTEM
Aerospace
OEMs and their suppliers require quality liquid flow
measurements of fuel nozzles in both aircraft and land-based
turbine engine components.
This Test Stand is a Liquid Flow Metering System that
utilizes a Coriolis flow meter to measure the liquid flow
through each Unit Under Test (UUT).
The System Controller Software contains Procedures for
Performing the Following Functions: Part Master Routine, System
Accuracy Test (Audit Test), Test Scheduler, and System
Maintenance.

PORTABLE AIR FLOW TEST SYSTEM -
Model FC200-PATS
The
FC200-PATS is an Air Flow Metering System that employs one
manually interchangeable Sonic Nozzle (Critical Flow Venturi) to
meter the air flow through each Unit Under Test (UUT).
The System Controller Software sets the proper pressure
at the inlet of the UUT, and calculates the mass flow through
the sonic nozzle. Nozzles range in size
from 0.016 to 0.500” throat diameter.

For
High Flow Rate and Large Effective Area Combustion Liner
Testing.
Aerospace
OEMs and their suppliers require quality airflow measurements of
large Effective Area (>13in^2@ PR = 1.05) passages in both
aircraft and land-based turbine engine components such as
Combustion Liners and Vane Segments.
Accuracy, repeatability, throughput and availability were
critical elements in the design of the Mega Air Flow Test
System.
